Find a BIG piece of card board.
Pick out your spray paint colors ... go to The Craftsman shop downtown Charleston, SC.
Find long candles any will do... (Colors should match well with bottle colors)
Have a little fun while you spay the bottles and wait for them to dry. I suggest music.
Dry Already?
Time to find Their Place.
Outside strongly recommended (Must fill bottles with sand or water)
Place candles in the bottles, light and enjoy,
As the candle burns down, wax drips down and creates a neat look.
